If it's not known yet you can enter a battle scope it out n leave just like the next button. And it won't cost you a turn... BUT DONT DROP A TROOP just surrender. FYI if not known....

SC is also resolving the scouting bug which affects most players. Once this is fixed by the current maintenance break we should all be able to use the Scout feature as intended.
